| Our offer number 7446 USED Complete Unit for Production of Gaz Bottles :: Type : Ask for complete offer :: Qty : 1 :: Year : 1999 :: State : Excellent :: Status : In production :: Location : Argentina :: Description : In fact there is 2 production units1- Bottles unit composed of:Exclusive part for rehabilitation-Unvalve machine-Intern air water Cleaning station-shot blasting machine (preparing of the surface before welding)-vaious hammer stations to remove bad pieces-shot blasting machine for finish turning-many lengths for chain conveyor-arial conveyor-2 painting cabins with rotate disc-Heat treatment painting oven-valve machine-electronic balance -pneumatic proof sheet by dipping checkThis factory can produce from 200 to 250 bottles per hour with 30 persons(bottles of 26l). The factory was adapted for production of 90l bottles with some coomon parts and other specificsWe can plan layout but also install the machines. Electricity consumption is normal. We are ready to give you a 1 year warranty for all the machines. We have an automatic modern heat treatment ovenwith arial conveyor which is now used for 0.5m3 storages and sometimes for bottles. We can also adapt dimensions and length to obtain a heat treatment oven.All machines will rebuilt before the fly.2- Storages production factoryThis factory produces storages from 0.5m3 to 4m3. It is composed of:- a bridge 1 T-a pipe forming bell with 4 rolls of 3m-longitudinal welding bench-tube sinking machine-Assembly station-Circular Welding station with 3 heads-Hydraulic bench for proof sheet -powder painting unit with conveyors, ovens and 2 manual cabins-various machines (compressors, electric panel, air dryer, transfer stations...)The factory can produce 3000 2m3 torages with 20 persons.This factory has almost been never used because of the crisis in Argentina.
